Inspection Policy
Jeeves Dry Cleaners and Launderers reserve the right to return the clothes in case of any issues identified during inspection.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any damage caused due to fabric weakness, shrinkage, color fastness, etc.
Items Collection and Disposal Policy
Items not collected within 30 days from the invoice date will be discarded without client notification, unless informed otherwise.
Communication Regarding Delicate Items
Prices for delicate items such as wedding gowns, beaded dresses, silk, embroidered, and leather items will be communicated to the client for approval before processing.
Client Responsibility during Collection and Delivery
Clients are responsible for verifying and confirming the items during collection and delivery. Claims of missing or damaged items made after this time will not be accepted, and Jeeves will not be held liable.
Compensation Policy for Damaged or Lost Items
The maximum compensation for any damaged or lost item will be provided in the form of free service, equivalent to ten times the cleaning value of the item. No cash compensation will be provided.
Stain Removal Disclaimer
We do not guarantee complete removal of tough stains, and attempting to remove them may result in color fading.
Responsibility for Fabric Changes
Jeeves will not be responsible for any shrinkage or color fading occurring during the dry cleaning or washing process due to factors such as weak fabric, previous processing, or chemical reactions. However, we will take utmost care of the items.
Caring for Carpets
Carpets must be removed from plastic covering upon receipt to prevent odor and mold.

Express Service incurs a 100% extra charge
Turnaround Time Policy.
Normal turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours maximum.
